Carrie Underwood won American Idol which started her career as a country singer. This year she won the Entertainer of the Year. "Before He Cheats", sung by Carrie Underwood won number one cheating song. She sings other songs such as "Flat on the Floor", "All American Girl", "So Small", "Just a Dream' and many more from the album Carnival Ride.I chose Carrie Underwood for my blog this week because I believe that she is a great singer. My favorite song sung by her is "Don't Forget To Remember Me." It is a song about a girl who knows she has made mistakes in life but she does not want to be forgotten. I listen to this song a lot. I think she has songs that inspire many.

Yeah I think that many singers and artists are vey inspiring. I like a lot of Carrie Underwood's songs. I especially like her song called Temporary Home. It seems as though she bases a lot of her songs on the real world and what is happening to so many people that we never really pay any attention to at all.
